Refund policy

Change of Mind Returns 

Due to the nature of our products and safety standards, we are unable to offer returns if you change your mind. Our products contain high quality ingredients, and are rigorously tested and sealed for your protection. Please consult your health practitioner if you have any concerns before purchasing the product(s).  

 

Other Returns 

We offer returns in compliance with Australian Consumer Law. If you receive the goods in an unacceptable condition, such as they are damaged, incorrect or faulty, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.  

We ensure that the utmost care is taken to deliver you quality products. In the unlikely case that the product(s) are defective or incorrect, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@seaquo.com.au. You must include your original order number, with your name and address.  

We will provide you with the return address and it will be your responsibility to meet the costs of returning the product(s). When we receive your item and if the return is accepted, we will exchange the product(s) or issue a refund for the purchase amount plus refund any shipping costs of returning the item to us. Note that we will provide the refund using the payment method you used to pay for the product(s).
