Shipping policy

We want you to be able to get your hands on SeaQuo® as soon as possible, so we ensure that your orders are dispatched from the warehouse the same or next business day. 

When you purchase the product(s), you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is on its way, you will receive a delivery notification with a tracking number and link, so you can see the shipping progress.

Express - dispatched same business day: 1 to 4 business days, $13.95  

Standard - dispatched next business day: 2 to 8 business days, $8.95, free for orders over $60  

 

International 

Dispatched from Sydney, Australia, same business day.

All international orders have express delivery: 6 to 27 business days

New Zealand: AUD $10 for orders over AUD $149. AUD $20 for orders under this amount.

United States, Hong Kong SAR and Singapore: AUD $15 for orders over AUD $149. AUD $30 for orders under this amount.
